What’s the filmmaking process like?
First, we want to get to know each of you and learn your story. In doing so, we can create a film that is the most authentically you that it can be. Since each of our films are meticulously handcrafted, we limit our production number each year. This gives us more time with each individual client and gives us more time to create not only a film but a piece of art. Packages are generally tailored to the individual, but a typical approach to our popular packages includes full-day coverage with two cinematographers.
How do we reserve our date?
Reserving your date couldn’t be simpler. We do everything online, so once you review your package and accept the terms of your agreement, you’ll sign it electronically and send in your retainer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover. Alternatively, you could mail a check to our studio. The retainer fee is 50% of your total package which secures your date and gets you one step closer to your wedding film!
How are we different from other wedding videography companies?
The biggest difference between JayNandez Films and other Boston wedding videography companies is that we are ALL IN. This means we don’t have a million add-ons that you can add to your package to make your wedding film more beautiful. We simply come with all our wedding cinematography tools to make sure we capture your wedding in the best possible and creative way. This means that we may use a drone or jib for establishing shots without requiring you to add it into your package. So the samples you saw of our films on our website will be very similar to what you will be receiving as we follow this approach with every wedding.
How long does it take to get back our wedding film?
We create your wedding film and deliver it to you and your family between 3 and 5 months depending on when in the wedding season your date falls on. Typically, we deliver your film on a custom Online Blu-Ray URL, but we do have USB flash drive, DVDs or Blu-Rays available for purchase as well.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. Rest assured, we have all necessary insurances required of a professional company in our industry, including our $2 million General Liability insurance. Should your venue require a copy of our certificates, we're only too happy to provide these to them.
